COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer D730/T/S-FN-SH parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the E204601 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Face manufactured by Pro and we are pleased to be able to service most Pro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F20DU2ESET by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elca Brand E1020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hope such as HISUM17STAG equipment made by Hope have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hope products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hope" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E20929E85120 made by Asco as well as the popular EZS6WRS original spares produced by Avg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EPC604B126000K07 by Br and HISUM17STAG spares by Hope are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC551133410101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
